The Pyramid Real Estate and Property Management Database is easy to use and install. The only requirement is Microsoft Access 2002 or greater. The ease-of-use is apparent by the screen shots on this page. Easy Navigation
Moving around in the Pyramid Real Estate and Property Management Database is made simple thanks, in part, to the icons on your screen.  Navigating around the one screen data entry page is done by clicking on the following icons:

  • Sale Listings
  • Lease Listings
  • Add/Delete Realtors
  • Add/Delete Clients
  • Add/Delete Transaction Type
  • Add/Delete Property Categories
  • Buyer/Seller Info

Reporting
